Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving our IT infrastructure, supporting software applications, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking infrastructure.
• Support financial, accounting, and consultancy software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or custom ERP systems).
• Implement, monitor, and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive client and company data.
• Develop, customize, and optimize internal applications to improve efficiency and workflow automation.
• Assist in the deployment and integration of digital tools for bookkeeping, tax, financial management, and educational services.
• Provide IT support and training to staff on digital tools, software applications, and best practices.
• Collaborate with management to plan IT strategies that align with business goals.
• Perform regular backups, updates, and system maintenance to ensure continuity and reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with financial and business software applications is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
